Architectural Change Application Form Instructions:

Step 1 To download the form, click the 'Download Application' hyperlink below. Complete each field on the form. Each field must be completed in full on the application form or your change application may be returned to you via mail causing significant delays to your planned project(s)

Step 2 Once you have completed each field you must PRINT the application form and mail it in duplicate via US MAIL, along with 2 copies of a detail drawing of your planned architectural change or addition.

CRITICAL SUBMISSION NOTES

Project work that has started prior to approval from the Architectural Committee will void potential approval of any new or pending applications.

Plans and specifications shall be submitted in duplicate and contain the size of the structure, roof design and material, wall material, exterior finish, estimated length of construction, height, quantity, utilities (electricity, water, sewer, etc.) and drawings or diagram and types of materials to be used. For fence construction, a copy of the plat map of the property showing the fence lines should be included.

At such time as the plans meet approval of the Architectural Control Committee (A.C.C.), one complete set will be retained by the A.C.C., and the other shall be marked APPROVED and returned to the owner or representative.

If disapproved, one set shall be returned marked DISAPPROVED and shall be accompanied by a Statement setting forth the reasons for the disapproval.
