Before submitting a reservation request for the clubhouse, go to the Oak Park Calendar and check that the date is still open.
After viewing the Clubhouse Reservations Calendar you can submit your reservation request by simply clicking the button below and submitting the subsequent online form. Your reservation request will then automatically be sent to the Oak Park Association Management Company for consideration. You will be contacted within 24 hours during the week and the following Monday when requests are made over a weekend.
New Rental rules
With the addition of the new houses (315 total houses + the townhomes) the Board was forced to make these changes in order to maintain and operate the facilities to better serve the dues paying homeowners. In other words, it wouldn't be fair to the rest of the community to bring a large party to the pool during peak hours and inconvenience those who pay to use the pool. Thank you for understanding.
1. The use of the pool facilities, in conjunction with a clubhouse
rental, is strictly prohibited on WEEKENDS (Sat-Sun) and
HOLIDAYS
2. Clubhouse rentals with pool use require an additional lifeguard
to be hired at the resident’s expense. Pool party forms
are available from the lifeguards/pool manager, and also
from the clubhouse rental coordinator. Arrangements must
be made with the pool management company for additional
lifeguards two (2) weeks prior to the rental date.
3. Unlocked Clubhouse Doors could result in a loss of your deposit if a false alarm is made within 24 hours of your rental.
4. Clubhouse rental fee is $75.00
Clubhouse refundable deposit is $75.00
Both are required before clubhouse access is granted. The 75.00 deposit is refundable based on the post inspection of the clubhouse
Instead of returning the check to save postage it will be shredded.
Please note that reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance of your rental date. No reservations can be made more than 6 months in advance.
